Today and tomorrow I am working in West Chester, which is where my niece goes to college. Today we had lunch. It was soooo nice to sit down with her and talk, if only for an hour. I just don't see her enough and when I do, there are so many other people around. It is fun to have your own "a-ha" moments as you get older, but it's even more fun to watch those moments occur in loved ones you've watched grow up. When I was about her age, I used to joke that my dad had learned a lot in the past 8 years or so. I think that's where she is. Cam and I used to have her and my nephew for a week every summer when they were younger. Sometimes I forget how awesome it is to be the "cool aunt". Most of the time I'm "mean mom"!
My job is still in flux, but.... I have a job! I am thankful.
If there is anyone you lost touch with and wonder why, I encourage you to reach out. I have a friend from Virginia with whom I have recently reconnected, and I am so glad! It is never too late. And who can honestly say they have too many friends?
And just how many prepositions can I end a sentence with??

Tried this before, couldn't seem to get it right, see how this works. Had fun poking around your blog-the pictures, thoughts, links. Enjoyed the King's Singers and those IUP videos (though I still cannot get through Amazing Grace without crying). Thanks! Donna
